Do you want to be in a video?

I recently switched formats from written blog posts to video dialogues. So far, these have all been in-person, but I'd like to experiment with remote conversations too.

What does it have to be about?

Whatever you are genuinely interested in.

I'm afraid I'll say something I'll regret

This isn't a gotcha show. If, at the end, you don't like what you said then just tell me and I won't publish it. Just make sure you do so before I begin working on the video, because editing each video takes me hours.

Aren't video calls negative value in your point system?

Idle chitchat video calls are negative value, but good footage for my YouTube channel is positive value.

Do I have to turn on my camera?

Yes, unless you're under the age of 18. In my experience so far, there is perfect correlation between "people who won't show their face on camera" and "people who engage in willful sophistry".

I'm worried I'm not entertaining enough, not a good enough speaker, not smart enough, etcetera

Don't worry about it. That's my job. Besides, dialogues like these are how you get better at all that stuff. Just speak about what you're genuinely interested in and I'll take care of the rest.

Can you guarantee that I'll be on your show?

No. I only post the best parts of the best conversations.

How do I sign up?
